Instructions
- Combine Ingredients. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine until the sauce is smooth and uniform.
- Refrigerate for Best Flavor. Although the sauce can be used immediately, cover and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
- Serve. Shake or stir the sauce before serving. Use as a condiment on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip.
- Storage. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- The original McDonald’s Big Mac Sauce does not include ketchup, but its addition enhances the flavor.
- For a smoky twist, add a dash of barbecue sauce.
- If you prefer some heat, add a splash of your favorite hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can use sweet pickle relish instead of dill and omit the granulated sugar if desired.
