These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a delightful no-bake dessert combining fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for a refreshing treat that’s easy to prepare and freezes to a perfect bite-sized snack.

Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form Clusters: Using a spoon, scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and place each scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or large plate to form 10 clusters.
  3. Freeze Clusters: Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters into the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Dip Clusters in Chocolate: Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer. Using a spoon, carefully dip each cluster into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Place the coated clusters back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt on top.
  6. Set Chocolate Coating: Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and the yogurt to firm up again.
  7. Serve: Once the clusters are solid, enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing dessert or snack.

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm strawberries for the best texture in the clusters.
  • For a sweeter treat, increase the honey to 2 tablespoons.
  • Dark chocolate chips can be used as a substitute for semi-sweet chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • If coconut oil is not available, you can use unsalted butter or another oil with a mild flavor.
  • Store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer to keep them fresh.
  • When dipping clusters, work quickly as the melted chocolate can harden fast when in contact with the cold yogurt mixture.
